Returns and Shipping Policy:
All in stock wigs will ship in 2 to 3 business days after payment has been received. US Customers you should receive your wig in 3 to 5 business days and International Customers you should receive your wig in 7 to 15 days.
A Tracking number will be provided once your unit is shipped.
Due to the nature of the item and sanitary reason all sells are final with no Returns. Please note Exchanges are accepted only if you receive the wrong color, or if we sent you the wrong hair texture. Please note you cannot return or exchange the unit if it has been worn and is not in its original condition or altered in any way, We don’t accept returns on units if you decided that it’s the wrong size, it is the buyers responsibility to do there head measurements, We have provided a head measurement chart that shows you how to measure you head, Please click on the Cap Measurement Chart.
Please check the item and contact us at the provided email below if you received the wrong unit. We will not accept returns if more than 3 days have elapsed. All refused orders will result in a 20% restocking fee or reshipping charges.
